為顧客提供優質服務, 管理餐廳日常營運,
制訂相應銷售策略, 控制營運, 提升營業額;
達到公司各項目標, 確保運作暢順, 包括訂貨數量, 人力及食材成本, 人手編配及編寫更表, 培訓及管理員工, 監控廚房清潔, 食物品質,
保持餐廳範圍内衞生符合標準, 實施已制訂之營運程序和公司政策, 定期檢查及向管理層匯報店舖營運狀況

Requirements
基本電腦操作知識
POS系統操作
具良好溝通技巧，具責任感，具團隊合作精神，能獨立處理店內事務，具出品部工作經驗優先
懂閱讀及書寫中文、略憧閱讀及書寫英
良好粵語、一般普通話、一般英語
將軍澳區上班
