Job Descriptions

  • Coordinate general sales activities, manage filing, and perform various clerical tasks.

  • Liaise with the factory in mainland China for export and import logistics.

  • Support relevant departments in procurement and logistics operations.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department head as needed.

Job work schedule : 09:00am to 18:00pm

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Form 5 / DSE or equivalent.

  • Preferred 2-3 years of experience in clerical or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).


Minimum education level : Diploma

Minimum years of work experience : 2 year(s)

Salary and benefits

Salary : HK$12,000 - HK$14,000 / Per Month / Bank Transaction / (5-Day work, medical insurance, double pay, discretionary bonus, etc.)
