訂購及管理存貨；
清潔水吧及器具；
結帳及操作收銀機；
處理水吧（扒爐、麵位及水位）
日常工作（只適用於茶餐廳）。（不需管理下屬）l

Working mode : Office or designated location
Work location : Yau Tsim Mong Area
Job work schedule : 不需輪班工作 （i） 每周正常工時：不得多於每周共 54 小時（如實際工作時數多於每周 外） 正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資） (ii) 固定：每周6天，每天9小時。 10:00-20:00（包括用膳/休息時間1小時）
