Responsibilities

- Design, simulate, optimize, and prepare layouts for micro- and nano-optical devices, metasurfaces, and metalenses.

- Use Lumerical FDTD, COMSOL, CST, Zemax, Code V, and related tools for electromagnetic and optical simulation, optical-path design, and performance analysis.

- Use Blender, C4D, 3ds Max, or similar tools to model and render optical scenes, device structures, and product concepts for technical communication and cross-team collaboration.

- Build optical test platforms and conduct prototype preparation, characterization, testing, data analysis, and design iteration.

- Collaborate with micro/nano-fabrication, mechanical, electronics, algorithm, and software teams to support device integration, process coordination, and production introduction.

- Prepare design reports, simulation reports, test specifications, patent disclosures, and other technical documentation.

- Track developments in micro- and nano-optics, metasurfaces, and photonic devices; propose innovative solutions and provide other R&D support as required.

Requirements

- Master's degree or above in physics, electronic information engineering, optics, optical engineering, microelectronics, or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in optical/electromagnetic simulation tools such as Lumerical FDTD, COMSOL, CST, Zemax, or Code V.

- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering tools such as Blender, C4D, or 3ds Max.

- Familiarity with the design and fabrication of micro- and nano-optical devices; experience with metasurface design and fabrication is preferred.

- Familiarity with micro/nano-fabrication processes such as electron-beam lithography, photolithography, etching, coating, and packaging.

- Research experience in metasurfaces, metalenses, photonic crystals, plasmonics, or related areas is preferred.

- Relevant publications, patents, projects, or competition experience is preferred.

- Strong hands-on ability, independent working skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a proactive attitude.
