僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:非中式飲食業
(不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務)
烹調日本菜式;預備及採購食材;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房運作。

Job work schedule : 需輪班工作；每周正常工時:不得多於每周共54小時(如實際工作時数多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資)； 固定:每周6天，每天9小時 06:30-16:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 10:00-20:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 11:30-21:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
