Job description
為客戶提供電鍍工藝技術支援及故障分析
跟進電鍍藥水測試、產品驗證及生產導入工作
協助客戶解決生產過程中的鍍層品質問題
進行實驗室分析、Hull Cell 測試及工藝優化
撰寫技術報告、測試報告及操作建議書
與銷售團隊合作開發新客戶及跟進項目
到客戶工廠進行現場技術支援及培訓
參與新產品開發及應用測試
協助推動華南及東南亞市場業務發展

Requirements
必須條件
化學、化工、材料科學、電化學、冶金或相關學科大專或以上學歷
3年以上電鍍相關工作經驗
曾於中國內地電鍍廠、PCB廠、五金電鍍廠、表面處理廠或相關化工企業工作
熟悉以下其中一項或多項工藝：
鍍鎳 (Nickel)
鍍銅 (Copper)
鍍銀 (Silver)
鍍金 (Gold)
鍍錫 (Tin)
PCB電鍍
鋁陽極氧化
能獨立分析及處理電鍍品質問題
熟悉電鍍槽液分析及化學控制
良好中英文溝通能力
能閱讀及撰寫技術報告
優先考慮
曾服務電子、PCB、半導體、連接器（Connector）表面處理行業
具客戶技術支援經驗
熟悉 RoHS、REACH 等環保要求
能操普通話
擁有內地市場項目運作及管理經驗
曾管理電鍍生產線或技術團
