烹調菜式；採購及日常食材；編訂餐單及設計菜式；監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配；督導下級廚師及訓練員工；管理廚房運作。

Job work schedule : 不需輪班工作 (i) 每週正常工作時間：不超過每週共54小時（如實際工作時數多於每週正常工時，雇主須支付超時工資） (ii) 固定：每週6天，每天9小時 ● 12:00-23:00 (包括用膳/休息時間2小時)
