操作和監察電腦設備/網絡/數據中心/伺服器室設施；向用戶提供資訊科技支援服務；協助執行事故管理工作；執行系統的保安工作；文書處理；數據輸入及處理。
中三程度，一年相關經驗（不需技能測試，例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字／文書處理軟件使用、機器／用具操作測試等），一般粵語，一般中文讀寫，一般英文，一般英文讀寫。
每月 $ 20,000（不包括超時工資），工作時間09:00-18:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時），
