3、職務範圍：
烹調菜式，預備食材，採購食材，監控食材庫存，編訂餐單和設計菜式，監控食物品質及環境衛生，安排人手調配及培訓員工，管理廚房之運作，協助頭鑊執行廚房內某些工作，督導三廚。

新界元朗新田米埔村1C地下
