Job description
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman, including complex calendar management and coordination of meetings and events.
Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
Support the planning and execution of external events and engagements.
Accompany the Chairman to meetings and take minutes as necessary.
Manage expense submissions, budget tracking, record maintenance, document management, and general administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Handle and follow up on tasks and directives assigned by the Chairman.
Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist with ad hoc projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.

Requirements
Requirements
Possession of a recognized Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for candidates with a robust background in PR, Marketing, and direct support to C-suite executives.
Preferably holds a valid Hong Kong Driving License.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing schedules, and meet tight deadlines.
Event management experience is highly desirable.
Experience with statutory bodies, NGOs, or trade/business associations is an advantage.
Experience in supporting Committees is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Demonstrates professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling confidential matters.
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across various business functions.
Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken (proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
