僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:中式飲食業(不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務)
·協助上級廚師工作;烹調簡單菜式;預備及製作食材;廚房一般清潔及雜務

Job work schedule : 每周正常工時:不得多於每周共54小時(如實際工作時数多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資)固定:每周6天，每天9小時 7:00-16:30(包括用膳/休息時間0.5小時)
