職務範圍：
僱主不得安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務：酒店業
接聽電話及處理查詢；接待客人，處理預約；一般文書工作，包括處理郵件、快遞及傅真；協助前台日常運作；一般禮賓服務。
(不需管理下屬)
語文要求：
會話：一般粵語會話，略懂英文會話
讀寫：一般中文讀寫，略懂英文讀寫
最低入職要求：小六程度、一年經驗
(不需技能測試，例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作測試等)
