Job description
負責廠房內日常「風火水電」及一般建築設施的維修、保養及更換工作。 • 定時巡查廠廈各類系統（包括生產設備、電力、消防、水管及空調等），確保運作正常並及時匯報異常; 協助處理突發的緊急維修，以最快速度恢復設施運作; 負責維修工具的管理及保養，保持維修房及工作現場安全整潔; 按上司（主管）指示，執行其他相關的臨時工作。

Requirements
中學、職訓局(VTC)或建造業議會相關證書畢業優先; 具有物業、商業大廈或廠房設備維修經驗; 具備基本的「風、火、水、電」動手操作及日常維修經驗; 持機電工程署發出的A級或以上電工牌照、水喉牌、平安咭或其他維修相關牌照(有經驗者優先); 做事細心負責、有責任感、願意動手、具備良好團隊合作精神及基本溝通能力。
