職務範圍：僱主不得安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務製作飲品及小食
為客人點餐;訂購及管理存貨;清潔水吧及器具;結帳及操作收銀機;處理水吧(扒爐、麵位及水位)日常工作(只適用於茶餐廳)

Job work schedule : 需輪班工作 (i)每周正常工時：不得多於每周共54小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資） (ii)固定：每周6天，每天9小時 04:00-14:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 或09:00-19:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
