職務範圍：
僱主不得安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務
清洗碗碟、餐具及廚具;日常餐廳及廚房清潔。

Job work schedule : 需輪班工作 (i)每周正常工時：不得多於每周共54小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資） (ii)固定：每周6天，每天9小時 07:00-17:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 或12:00-22:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
