Job description
1. 全面負責香港公司亞馬遜店鋪的搭建及日常運營管理工作，制定系統性搭建計劃，統籌協調公司內外部資源。
2.主導搭建店鋪運營管理框架，涵蓋Listing上架流程、FBA發貨與庫存管理流程、廣告投放與優化機制等模塊。
3.建立運營數據監控體系，定期輸出銷售分析、廣告成效、庫存週轉等經營報告。
4.根據業務發展需要，規劃運營團隊架構，持續打造高執行力運營團隊等。

Requirements
1.大專及以上學歷，電子商務、計算機、市場營銷或相關專業優先。
2.具備3年以上亞馬遜平臺精品運營經驗，能夠獨立負責賬號的整體運營等。
3.精通亞馬遜平臺廣告策略和數據分析工具等，擅長通過多維度數據診斷銷售與庫存狀況。
4.熟悉FBA全流程及跨境物流成本結構，具備較強的庫存週轉管控與供應鏈協同經驗。
5.具備良好的跨部門溝通能力，能與供應鏈、設計、客服等團隊高效協作。
