Job description
通過電話和網上渠道（例如在線聊天、電郵）處理客戶查詢，致力提供良好客戶服務及推廣公司產品／服務
積極學習公司產品、系統以及流動通訊市場的有關知識，促進日常工作的順利進行
遵循熱線中心的工作流程及指引，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
根據公司的要求執行其他指定的工作
工作地點：沙田（近第一城站／石門站）

Requirements
香港中學會考或文憑或以上
具良好的中英文書寫和口語（廣東話和普通話）能力
懂中英文打字及熟悉常用電腦軟件應用程序
主動積極協助客戶解決問題及推廣產品／服務
具電訊業或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
Minimum education level : Form 5
