Responsibilities :
Provide full scope of administrative support to the Sales department and Executive Office including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting minutes
Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries
Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotations
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft applications
Experience in hospitality field is an advantage
Relevant Sales & Marketing / hospitality experience is an advantage
Minimum education level : Diploma
Minimum years of work experience : 1 year(s)
Dress code requirement : Business Formal
