Job description

  • Responsible for clerical / filing works, data entry and administrative works

  • Ability to handle project co-ordination and documentation

  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested


Employment types : Full-time

Working mode : Office or designated location

Work location : Recruit in multiple districts

Job work schedule : MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 0800-1800; SAT: 0800-1200 (Alternative)

Job type : Clerical / Administration / Secretary

Requirements

  • F.5 / HKDSE or above with clerical / administrative / site experience

  • Good typing skills (both Chinese and English) & PC skills

  • Immediately available is highly preferred


Minimum education level : Form 5

Minimum years of work experience : 1 year(s)

Dress code requirement : Smart Casual
