• Liaise closely with corporate clients to understand their business operations and specific banking, payment, and remittance challenges.

• Analyze client needs and align them with the most suitable digital platforms and partners from our extensive network.

• Gather all necessary documents and information from clients, ensuring full compliance with KYC, AML, and specific requirements of each partnered payment channel and platform.

• Prepare required documentation and conduct initial KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) before referring clients to the platforms.

• Manage the complete end-to-end onboarding process for local and multi-currency solutions, FX services, cross-border remittances, card acquiring/issuance programs, and alternative banking options.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, provide excellent after-sales support, and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Stay informed on regulatory changes (HKMA, SFC, MAS, FCA, etc.) and the latest developments in fintech and open banking.

• Support marketing and business development initiatives, including proposals, webinars, and client events.

• Collaborate closely with the founder and senior consultants to continuously improve service quality.

For Banking & Payment Consultant

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in banking, payments, remittances, fintech, PSP, EMI, or related fields (Less experience will also be considered for the post as “Associate”)

• Solid knowledge of account opening, KYC/AML/CDD, FX, cross-border payments, and card solutions is highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills (English + Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong advantage)

• Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple client projects simultaneously

• University degree or above (Business, Finance, or related preferred)

For Associate Consultant (less experience will be considered)

• 1–2 years relevant experience (strong banking/fintech interns or fresh graduates are welcome)

• Strong willingness to learn quickly and grow into a full Consultant within 12–18 months
