Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a charismatic, empathetic, and highly perceptive Freelance Date Coach to help clients navigate the modern dating landscape with confidence. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to identify their dating bottlenecks, refine their communication skills, build self-esteem, and develop actionable strategies to find meaningful connections. If you have a deep understanding of human psychology, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping people unlock their romantic potential, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-Face Coaching: Conduct in-person coaching sessions to assess clients' real-world presence, body language and overall first impressions.
Post-Date Debriefing: Meet with clients after their offline dates or matchmaking introductions to analyze feedback, celebrate wins, and identify areas for improvement.
Real-World Etiquette Training: Coach clients on offline conversation starters, active listening, dining etiquette, and reading physical attraction cues. Interactive Mock Dates: Conduct simulated face-to-face dating scenarios to help clients overcome social anxiety and practice real-time flirting.
On-Site Event Support: Attend your offline singles events, speed dating nights, or mixers to support clients, observe their social interactions, and act as a professional wingman/wingwoman.
Client Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, confidential records of client progress, feedback loops, and upcoming action plans.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Professional Experience: Proven background in Life Coaching, Psychology, Hospitality, or Relationship Counseling.
Hong Kong Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Hong Kong offline social scene and cultural dating nuances (for both local and expat demographics).
Communication & Language: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; conversational or fluent Cantonese/Mandarin is a major advantage for the local market.
Personality: Highly charismatic, extroverted, approachable and presentable outlook, with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a non-judgmental attitude.
Core Soft Skills: Strong observational skills, the ability to deliver constructive feedback gently, and an absolute commitment to client discretion and confidentiality.
Logistical Flexibility: Reliability to attend offline venues/events and flexibility to work during prime offline dating hours (evenings and weekends).
Minimum education level : Higher Diploma
Minimum years of work experience : 3 year(s)
