Reporting Line: IT Director (IT Network and Systems team)
Business Travel: Yes – monthly to China, quarterly to other APAC regions
Major Responsibilities
Design, implement, support, and troubleshoot all network infrastructure matters, including wired/wireless networks, IT/OT environments, cabling, computer rooms, and hub rooms for facilities.
Ensure timely expansion of IT infrastructure in line with the Company’s construction and operational project plans.
Manage information and documentation related to the layout, installation, configuration, maintenance, and recovery of IT/network/communication equipment during construction, commissioning, and operations.
Maintain CMDB, inventory control, and asset control for all devices. Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits.
Manage technical vendors, contractors, and infrastructure consultants; plan and implement service SLAs for IT infrastructure.
Process and handle tickets and service requests promptly, including escalations from entry-level and support teams.
Manage critical projects, including cost, timeline, and communication.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Networking Protocols & Technologies: VLAN (802.1Q), VXLAN, STP, MSTP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, GTM, MPLS, SD-WAN, LTM, routing redistribution, 802.1X, LDAP, SDN
Hardware & Infrastructure: Routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, 802.11ax/g, Wi-Fi controllers
Facility & Physical Systems: CCTV, cabling systems, UPS, FM200, computer room cooling
Documentation Tools: Visio, Draw.io for network diagramming
Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff inside and outside of IT, as well as external stakeholders.
Customer service mindset.
Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Minimum education level : Bachelor Degree
