職務範圍：於茶餐廳烹調菜式；預備食材；調配麵粉；製作各種麵條；煮麵及烹調湯底；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務；督導四廚或以下廚師。（不需管理下屬）
語文要求：一般粵語會話，一般中文讀寫；無需英文會話，無需英文讀寫
最低入職要求：中三學歷程度、三年相關工作經驗 (不需技能測試，例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作测試等）
