Job description
1. Management-system consulting: Advise electromechanical and automotive manufacturers/exporters on the planning, implementation, internal audit and third-party certification of ISO 9001 (quality), IATF 16949 (automotive quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety).
2. Supplier quality & compliance audits: Lead second- and third-party audits of electromechanical and auto-parts supply chains across the Pearl River Delta / GBA; issue professional audit reports and drive corrective-action closure.
3. Cross-border compliance & market access: Advise clients on regulatory conformity, technical documentation, labelling and conformity-assessment routes for entry into North American, EU and Southeast Asian markets.
4. Export quality risk management: Identify quality and compliance risks in cross-border trade and develop preventive and continual-improvement measures.
5. Professional training: Deliver ISO / IATF / regulatory and quality-tool training to client management and front-line staff.
6. ESG & sustainability compliance: Provide environmental and OHS (ISO 14001 / 45001) and sustainablesupply-chain compliance advisory aligned with carbon-neutrality trends and international buyer requirements.
7. Hong Kong–Mainland–international coordination: Coordinate Mainland manufacturing clients, international buyers and certification bodies from the Hong Kong hub.
8. Methodology & knowledge base: Build the firm’s standard methodology, knowledge base and quality standards for electromechanical / automotive consulting and uplift team capability.

Requirements
• Education: Master’s degree or above in an engineering or science discipline; an overseas reputableuniversity background is an advantage.
• Experience: 8+ years in cross-border quality management, auditing and compliance, spanning both Mainland China and North America (or other overseas) markets.
• Qualifications: Internationally recognised multi-scheme Lead Auditor certification — ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (CCAA); ASQ Certified HACCP Auditor and SQF / BRC credentials an advantage; familiarity with, or ability to rapidly obtain, IATF 16949.
• Industry experience: Prior Lead Auditor experience with an international third-party certification body (e.g. Bureau Veritas, SGS, etc. ) hands-on familiarity with the Mainland (especially PRD / GBA) manufacturing and certification ecosystem.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate in Cantonese — essential for Hong Kong–Mainland–international collaboration.
• Competencies: Able to independently produce professional audit reports, design training and conduct applied research (first-author international journal publication preferred).
