Lead company-wide AI strategy and AI-native transformation ✔️ Design and build AI agents for customer service, risk control, operations, CRM, marketing & internal automation ✔️ Develop enterprise AI workflows, real-time intelligence systems and automation platforms ✔️ Build robust AI data infrastructure (including vector databases) ✔️ Deeply integrate AI into product, engineering and business operations

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in AI systems, LLMs, AI agents, workflow orchestration and enterprise AI platforms ✅ Proven track record building AI solutions in real business environments ✅ Deep understanding of data platforms, automation systems and AI infrastructure ✅ Experience in fintech, large-scale AI transformation or AI-native organizations is a big plus ✅ Strong product and business acumen
Minimum education level : Higher Diploma
Minimum years of work experience : 8 year(s)
