Job description
系統開發與實施：負責公司會計師事務所業務管理系統的開發、搭建與實施，系統涵蓋公司注冊、年審、秘書服務、會計審計等核心模塊。
項目規劃與管理：參與制定IT項目的長期目標及實施計劃，確保項目方向與公司整體戰略保持一致；負責項目計劃的制定、資源調配、進度跟蹤與風險識別應對。
需求分析與方案設計：與業務部門緊密合作，收集並分析用戶需求，完成系統概要設計、詳細設計及技術方案的制定。
數據庫管理與應用開發：負責相關應用軟件、信息管理類軟件的設計、研發與維護；進行數據庫管理及應用開發，確保系統的穩定性與數據安全性。
項目文檔與質量管理：負責項目文檔的管理，包括會議記錄、項目計劃、變更請求、問題跟蹤及技術文檔等。

Requirements
具有IT項目管理經驗，熟悉項目全生命周期管理
大專及以上學曆
具備紮實的軟件開發經驗，熟悉應用軟件的設計、研發與維護流程

具備良好的溝通能力與團隊協作精神，能夠有效協調多方資源推動項目進展
