職務範圍： 烹調菜式；預備食材；採購食材；監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務；督導四廚或以下廚師。
工作地址：SHOP NOS. 11 & 12 UG/F, ISLAND RESORT MALL, 28 SIU SAI WAN RD,SIU SAI WAN, HK
