Job description
雇傭期24個月。
語文要求：一般粵語會話能力、無需英文及其他語言會話能力；一般粵語讀寫能力、無需英文及其他語言讀寫能力
職務範圍：烹調菜式，製作點心;預備食材，撈餡、煮餡;採購食材，監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作;督導四廚或以下廚師。
工作地址：SHOP NOS. 11 & 12 UG/F, ISLAND RESORT MALL, 28 SIU SAI WAN RD,SIU SAI WAN, HK
