職位名稱：三廚 空缺编號：(48576) 職務範圍：於會所烹調菜式；預備食材；調配面粉；製作各種麵條;煮麵及烹調湯底；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理厨房之運作；在上什及二厨督導下協助其他厨務;督導四厨或以下厨師。(不需管理下屬) 工作地區：九龍長沙灣 工作時間：10:00－20:00（包括用膽/休息時間1小時）或12:00－22:00（包括用膽/休息時間1小時）或18:00-04:00（包括用膳/休息時間1小時），每天工作9小時，需輪班工作，每週工作6天 入職要求：中三學歷,三年相關經驗 一般粵語會話；一般中文讀寫 月薪：每月$19,170(不包括超時工资) 聯絡方法：本公司正透過勞工處進行招聘，求職者請致電2969 0888查詢/安排面試
