職責描述
• 接聽客戶查詢熱線、回覆查詢電郵及即時訊息；
• 細心聆聽客戶的需求，處理來電的相關問題，例如：展銷活動及產品資料查詢；
• 訂單進度查詢；
• 售後服務查詢
僱用形式 ： 合約
上班模式 ： 辦公室或指定地點工作
工作地點 ： 觀塘區
工作時間 ： 2026年8月至9月 或 2026年7月至10月；星期一至五及星期六 (半天)
工作性質 ： 零售 / 銷售 / 客戶服務
入職要求
中六程度或以上學歷；
具有基本電腦操作知識；
流利粵語優先; 良好普通話及英語; 懂讀寫中文及英文;
有責任感、待人有禮、有耐性；
守時、積極主動、良好溝通技巧、遵從上司指令；
有1至2年客戶服務經驗者優先；
豐富經驗者或會考慮聘請為合約客戶服務主管；

最低學歷要求 ： 中六 / 中七
衣著要求 ： 半正式休閒
