Job description
Answering incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries from customers and cross-selling with various requests such as mobile and 1O1O Home services, golf bookings, dining reservations, travel recommendations, etc.
Ensuring a pleasant customer experience by providing accurate and timely information
Logging all customer enquiries in the system in a clear and concise manner and following up on any outstanding issues or enquiries within the agreed upon timeframes
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to team lead or management promptly
Providing insights on customer feedback
Supporting in ad-hoc duties assignments when needed
Office Location: Shatin (near City One / Shek Mun Station)

Requirements
Good communication skill, can do-attitude, positive thinking
Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
Adaptable for flexible work schedules
Candidates who can commit to long-term night shift work are highly preferred (Night Shift: 13:00 - 22:00 / 15:00 - 00:00 ; Overnight Shift: 20:00 - 06:00 / 00:00 - 09:00)
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Proficient in typing in Chinese and English
Immediate available is highly preferred
Minimum education level : Form 5
Salary and benefits
Salary : HK$16,000 - HK$21,000 / Per Month / Bank Transaction
