Job description
職務範圍：烹調菜式;預備食材;調配麵粉;製作各種麵條;煮麵及烹調湯底;採購食材，監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作;在上什及二廚督導下協助其他厨務:督導四廚或以下廚師。
工作地區：新界葵涌青山公路412-416號葵星中心商場LG50-51 & 56-57鋪
