小六程度、一年經驗
(不需技能測試,例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字╱文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作測試等)
語文要求: 一般粵語會話、一般中文讀寫
職務範圍:
於中式酒樓接聽電話及處理電話查詢 、處理預約、接待客人、解答查詢
處理客人訂座、處理郵件、快遞及傳真、一般文書工作
一般禮賓服務、一般帶位工作、(不需管理下屬)
