    • 中三程度，三年相關經驗

    • 不需進行技能測試（如筆試、電腦技能測試、機器/用具操作測試等）

  • 語文要求: 一般粵語會話、一般中文讀寫

  • 職務範圍:

    • 於中菜館烹調菜式、預備食材、採購食材、監控食材庫存

    • 監控食物品質及環境衛生、管理廚房運作

    • 在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務，督導四廚或以下廚師

  • 工作地址: 香港北角
