Job description
1. 負責美國、歐洲、中東市場調研，制定的市場策略、營銷規劃及年度海外銷售拓展目標與執行方案。
2. 開發及管理海外代理商、分銷商及零售渠道，建立穩固國際銷售網絡。
3. 主導海外商務談判、合約簽訂及訂單全流程管理，達成公司制定的海外銷售業績指標。
4. 參與國際展會及海外商務拓展，提升在美國、歐洲及中東市場的品牌國際知名度。
5. 維護海外合作夥伴關係，定期提交市場分析報告，優化營運策略。

Requirements
1. 大學學歷，5 年或以上海外業務、國際貿易經驗。
2. 擁有美國、歐洲、中東市場開發經驗、家居／廚具／家電行業經驗者優先。
3. 英語流利，能獨立處理海外商務談判及日常对接。
4. 具備獨立開拓新市場能力、良好談判技巧及市場觸覺。
5. 能配合業務需求接受海外公幹，目標清晰、抗壓力強、主動積極。
