Job description
職務範圍：烹調菜式；預備食材；調配麵粉；製作各種麵條；煮麵及烹調湯底；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務；督導四廚及以下廚師。 工作地區：尖沙咀，旺角，大圍 工作時間：每週工作6天，每天工作9小時，需要輪班工作。分別為：12:00-22:00 （包括用膳時間1小時）；13:00-23:00（包括用膳時間1小時）；14:00-00:00（包括用膳時間1小時）；18:00-04:00（包括用膳時間1小時）；20:00-06:00（包括用膳時間1小時）。 入職要求：中三學歷程度、三年相關工作經驗。 語言要求：一般粵語會話，一般讀寫； 月薪：$19,170（不包括超時工資） 聯絡方法：本公司正透過勞工處進行招聘，求職者請致電29690888查詢/安排面試。
