Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and daily operations of the HR information system (HRIS) and related applications, and to ensure system performance accuracy and stability;

  • Implement system enhancements and upgrades to increase functionality and better support HR processes;

  • Serve as the central point of contact between HR, IT teams and external vendors to deliver system improvements;

  • Translate business requirements into technical configurations which include workflows, and access levels, etc. and verify their accuracy;

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for HR and management;

  • Support planning and execution of HRIS projects, including implementation, testing, and documentation;

  • Provide user support and guidance for HRIS, and troubleshoot system issues and escalate to IT or vendors as and when needed;

  • Ensure systems comply with internal policies and external regulations;

  • Monitor and enforce data privacy and integrity, and security controls;

  • Coordinate cloud-based integrations and migrations with cloud architects and service providers.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/MIS/Computer Science or equivalent;

  • At least 3 years' experience in HRIS management, preferably including system implementation or transformation;

  • Strong technical knowledge of HR system administration and enhancement projects;

  • Strong understanding of HR functions including payroll, benefits, and people management;

  • Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based HR solutions, including security, integration best practices, and compliance requirements;

  • Familiarity with Application Programming Interface integrations, identity and access management, and cloud cost optimization;

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across teams'


Minimum education level : Bachelor Degree

Minimum years of work experience : 3 year(s)

Salary : HK$30,000 - HK$35,000 / Per Month / Bank Transaction
