Job description
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new merchant clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates
• Promote payment processing solutions and value-added services tailored to the needs of each merchant
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to close sales while meeting company guidelines and profitability standards
• Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, onboarding, and customer support to ensure a smooth client transition and ongoing service delivery
