1. 16:00 – 02:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時)；
2. 17:00 – 03:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時)
職責 : 清洗碗碟；洗碗清潔；餐廳洗碗；清潔餐具及廚具；清潔廚房；操作洗碗碟機；日常餐廳清潔。
語文要求 : 會話 – 一般粵語 讀寫 – 一般中文
最低入職要求 : 小六程度，一年經驗
