1. 16:00 – 02:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時)；
2. 17:00 – 03:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時)
職責 : 預備及製作食物 / 食材，如乾貨、煲湯及蒸海鮮等；支援 / 負責烹調；清潔廚房；廚房一般雜務；協助廚師工作。
語文要求 : 會話 – 一般粵語 讀寫 – 一般中文
最低入職要求 : 中三學歷程度，三年相關工作經驗
