Job description
Support parents using the VitaBaby mobile app: respond to in-app messages, emails and app-store reviews; guide users through features with patience and care; gather user feedback for the product team; and write and maintain gentle, easy-to-follow help articles and FAQs. VitaBaby is a UK baby weight, feeding and nutrition tracker (a tracking and support tool, not a medical device). Fully remote role.

Requirements
5+ years in customer support, customer success or service. Excellent written communication and genuine empathy. Calm, patient and organised; comfortable in a remote team. Fluent English and Cantonese preferred for our UK and Hong Kong users.
