Conduct market & consumer research and competitor analysis to prepare trend reports and refine brand positioning.

Bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales to drive revenue, while ensuring effective internal communication of marketing objectives.

Manage daily marketing operations and lead team initiatives to achieve corporate targets.

Degree holder with 5+ years of in-house marketing experience.

Background in Finance or the financial sector is a significant plus.

Strong track record in brand building, CRM, and digital innovation with a focus on sales strategy execution.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
