As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients. Your mission is to spark interest and clearly communicate how HeyDouble's matchmaking services can add real value to their dating lives.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and can confidently promote our services with enthusiasm.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Cultivation:
  -Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries -Make outbound calls to introduce HeyDouble's matchmaking services and deliver a compelling sales overview

• Pre-Sales:
  -Closely follow up with warm leads and schedule consultations with Relationship Managers
  -Collect and share key client information (e.g., dating goals) to ensure smooth handover

• Performance Tracking Maintain accurate
  -Records of all conversations and outcomes
  -Meet or exceed call volume and conversion target

Who You Are?
● Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not mandatory)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
● Positive attitude and self-motivated and driven ● Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection
● Strong team player with ability to foster trust and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders
