語文要求: 一般粵語會話、 一般中文讀寫、略懂英文會話、略懂英文讀寫
職務範圍:
烹調菜式；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；
監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作;協助其他廚務。
