Job description
職務範圍：烹調菜式;預備食材;調配麵粉;製作各種麵條;煮麵及烹調湯底;採購食材，監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作。
工作地區：
1. PORTION OF G/F (SHOP B1&B2), PARKVIEW MANSION, 3 LAU SIN STREET, TIN HAU,HK
2.香港灣仔駱克道114-120號嘉洛商業大廈地下A號舖
