Job description
餐飲調配員20名，每週工作6天，每月工資$17,174 (不包括超時工資)
工作時間: 0500-1500/0800-1800/1200-2200（各更包括用膳/休息時間0.5小時），每天工作9.5小時，需輪班工作
職務範圍: 食物及飲品製作；接待客人；為客人點餐；訂購及管理存貨；水吧及器具的清潔；結帳及操作收銀機；負責水吧位日常運作。
要求: 一般粵語會話及中文讀寫；小六學歷程度；1年相關工作經驗（不需技能測試）
三廚3名, 每周工作6天, 每月工資$20,235 (不包括超時工資)
工作時間: 0600-1600/1000-2000/1200-2200（各更包括用膳/休息時間0.5小時），每天工作9.5小時，需輪班工作
職務範圍: 烹調菜式; 預備食材; 調配粉麵；製作各種麵條；煮麵及烹調湯底；採購食材; 監控食材庫存; 編訂餐單和設計菜式; 監控食物品質及環境衛生; 安排人手調配及培訓員工; 管理廚房之運作; 在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務; 督導四廚或以下廚師。
要求: 一般粵語會話及中文讀寫, 中三學歷程度, 3年相關工作經驗（不需技能測試）
