Preparing Thai dishes , Preparing ingredients , Purchasing ingredients , monitoring ingredient inventory , Planning menus
and designing dishes/recipes , Monitoring food quality and hygiene , Arranging staff deployment and training , Managing
the operation of kitchen , Assisting in other kitchen duties .
Employment types : Full-time
Working mode : Office or designated location
Work location : Kowloon City Area
Job work schedule : Shift work not required , 6 working days per week , net working hours per day is 9 hours , 11:00 - 22:00 ( including meal break/rest break 2 hours )

Requirements
Primary 6
1 year relevant working experience
No skill test is required , including but not limited to
written test, computor skill test such as typing / use of
word processing software, skill test on machinery/
equipment operation. etc.
Minimum education level : Primary School
Minimum years of work experience : 1 year(s)
