Job description
職責
1. 管道開發：直接對接日本、韓國或美國當地的電信運營商、大型回收商及企業級貨源。
2. 大宗採辦：深度參與當地線下標單（Offline Bidding）及非公開管道的大宗採購。
3. 本土前置倉：負責當地貨物的初步質檢（成色/功能/合規性）、集貨及合規出口回港。
4. 行情研判：即時同步當地一手收貨價，與內部團隊配合鎖定全球套利空間。
5.一手貨源占比：由該管道提供的貨源占總採購量的比例。
6.採購成本優勢：拿貨價格需低於同期公開投標平臺價。
7.貨品準確率：成色等級、機型版本與實物的一致性

Requirements
1. 本土經營背景：必須在日/韓/美有長期居住經歷，且擁有當地二手機經營背景。
2. 核心資源優勢：手裡擁有至少3個以上當地一手大型經銷商或運營商的直供介面。
3. 專業辨偽力：精通一手貨（Raw Stock）判定標準，能一眼識別組裝機、大修機及法律風險機。
4. 供應鏈能力：熟悉當地貿易法、環保政策及鋰電池國際貨運合規流程。
5. 達成核心考核指標 (KPI)
6.必須能聽說寫讀流利英文,粵語及普通話 ; 懂日文/韓文優先考慮
7.必須有相關工作經驗
