  • Support daily project coordination, documentation, reporting, and team follow-ups in a flexible remote part-time role.

職責描述

Project Associate (Remote | Full time) This role is suitable for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting daily project coordination and business operations. You will assist the team with project follow-ups, documentation, basic reporting, and communication support. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily project tasks and following up on progress with internal team members Support the preparation and organisation of project documents, records, and basic reports Help update and maintain project-related information across internal systems or shared files Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and simple follow-up notes when required Support team members in tracking deadlines, task status, and pending items Organise digital files and ensure project materials are easy to access and properly labelled Communicate with team members to ensure project updates are clear and timely Assist with general operational and administrative support related to ongoing projects Qualifications / Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and online communication tools Able to stay organised and manage multiple simple tasks in a remote working environment Responsible, responsive, and willing to cooperate with team arrangements Basic understanding of project coordination, administration, or business support is preferred Previous experience in admin, operations, customer support, or project support is an advantage but not required Willingness to learn and develop practical skills in project coordination and business operations What We Offer Remote work arrangement with flexible working hours Entry-level friendly with training and ongoing support provided Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and business operations Supportive and collaborative team culture designed to help you grow
