職務範圍：食物及飲品製作；接待客人；為客人點餐；訂購及管理存貨；水吧及器具的清潔；結帳及操作收銀機；負責水吧位日常運作。（不需管理下屬）
語文要求：會話：粵語一般, 英文略懂, 普通話略懂、其他無需 讀寫：中文一般、英文略懂、其他語文無需
最低入職要求：小六學歷程度、一年相關工作經驗（不需技能測試）
